DELTA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION
SCHOOLS PROGRAM
Community is more than just part of our name—it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to supporting local programs that uplift and strengthen the neighborhoods we serve. Because when our community thrives, we all benefit. We invite you to join us and get involved.
INVESTING IN SCHOOLS, EMPOWERING STUDENTS.
At Delta Community, we leverage our financial strength to engage with your school community to bring effective financial education offerings to students of all ages.
OUR COMMITMENT
As Georgia’s largest credit union, Delta Community is proud to support education in the communities we serve. Through our Schools Program, we offer resources that help local schools and students thrive—ranging from financial education and STEAM initiatives to hands-on school engagement.
We offer virtual and in-person presentations to help students build a strong financial foundation.
Elementary School - Students are taught the concept of money along with the basics of earning, saving and spending responsibly.
Middle School - Students are taught the basics of money in addition to more advanced concepts such as compound interest. Interactive lessons make the connection between education, careers and earning potential.
High School - These presentations are designed to prepare students for life after high school with lessons on topics such as banking basics, understanding credit and financing higher education.
Post-Secondary - Whether students are attending college, trade school, or starting a career, we help them navigate financial independence with confidence.
Delta Community provides students and schools with the skills and equipment needed to shape the future. We sponsor Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math (STEAM) activities, including:
- Robotics Clubs
- Aquaponics Labs
- App Development Competitions
- STEAM Field Trips
We believe it is important to not only commit funds to our local schools, but also to provide volunteer support whenever possible.
- Sponsorships (Athletics, Clubs and Events)
- STEAM and Career Fairs
- Work-based Learning
- CTAE Advisory Boards
- Project Judges
- Technology Support
Strong schools, strong communities. Let’s build the future together. Apply now!
